Richard Quintana
ASSISTANT COACH
Coach Richard Quintana brings a strong foundation of youth baseball experience and a family-first approach to the game. He has coached his children throughout their early playing years in the Cerritos Frontier League and has continued that commitment over the past two years on the travel ball circuit with his son Andrew, who is currently on the team. Richard’s older son, Ryan, now plays baseball at Gahr High School, a testament to the long-term development and guidance instilled through his coaching.
Coaching Philosophy:
Richard’s coaching philosophy centers on teaching proper fundamentals with an emphasis on injury risk management and player longevity. He believes that consistency is built through daily routines, and that good habits formed early lead to sustained success both on and off the field. -

Aaron Saleapaga
PROGRAM DIRECTOR/COACH
With over 16 years of playing experience, Coach Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the Mayhem program. His baseball journey began at West Downey Little League and continued through Warren High School and Spirit Academy, culminating in a stint at the Division I level with BYU.
Currently serving as Athletic Director at one of the most prestigious sports camps on the East Coast, Coach Aaron oversees 25+ activities and coaches multiple sports, with baseball as his primary focus. His leadership and hands-on approach have helped countless athletes grow both on and off the field.
Coaching Philosophy:
Player development comes first—always. Coach Aaron believes in teaching the “why” behind the game, not just the “what.” He emphasizes competing hard, learning from mistakes, and maintaining a love for baseball. Winning is important, but never at the expense of growth. His goal is to build skilled, confident players who understand the game and play it the right way. -

Bill Rogers
ASSISTANT COACH
Coach Bill Rogers brings a lifelong passion for baseball to the Mayhem program. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the local baseball community, the game has always been a defining part of his life. That same love for the sport has shaped him not only as a coach but as a mentor to young athletes.Bill has coached his son, Jackson, from early childhood through every stage of his development — a journey that has strengthened his dedication to teaching the game the right way.
Coaching Philosophy:
Centered on giving maximum effort, building strong fundamentals, and developing smart, situationally aware players. He believes that when kids understand their responsibilities and trust their training, they can play smooth, play hard, and play fast — which translates to having a mental & physical advantage on the diamond.
